What SellerOps covers
Each authorized account remains separate. Staff can review the same operating areas and reporting format across the accounts assigned to them.
Inventory
Compare available stock, recent sales, and days of supply, then prepare replenishment work.
Listings
Track active, inactive, and suppressed listings and record catalog or content issues for follow-up.
Pricing
Compare current and reference prices, flag exceptions, and keep a record of operator decisions.
Finance
Prepare settlement, fee, refund, reimbursement, and reconciliation exports for finance review.
Account workspace
Limit each staff member to assigned seller accounts while keeping report formats consistent.
Authorize one Seller ID at a time
The account owner or administrator completes Amazon's consent flow. SellerOps does not ask for the Seller Central password or verification code.

How account access is handled
Server-side credentials
Client secrets and refresh tokens are not placed in public pages, browser scripts, screenshots, or public repositories.
Least-privilege access
Customer workspaces and staff access are separated according to account assignment and job responsibility.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept only for the agreed service, legal records, and security needs, then deleted, anonymized, or restricted.
