Terms of Service

These terms explain how customers may use our seller operations reporting service, how account authorization works, and what information customers should not send to us.

The service is for sellers who approve account access for reporting and operations work. We do not provide password-sharing services and we do not ask for seller account passwords.

1. Service Description

Chuangke Xingtu SellerOps provides authorized seller operations reporting, including non-PII order activity review, inventory monitoring, listing checks, pricing review, and finance exports. The exact service scope is shown in the applicable package or written quote.

2. Customer Eligibility

Customers must own the seller accounts they connect or have permission from the account owner. Customers are responsible for deciding which internal staff can connect accounts, view reports, and request support.

3. Account Authorization

Seller data is accessed only after the account owner or administrator approves access through the official OAuth flow. The seller can revoke access from its own account settings. After revocation, we stop retrieving new data for that account and complete offboarding according to the customer agreement and Privacy Policy.

4. Permitted Use

Customers may use the service for their own authorized seller operations, including performance review, inventory planning, listing checks, pricing review, report exports, finance reconciliation, and internal planning.

5. Prohibited Use

  • Connecting or accessing a seller account without permission from the account owner.
  • Sharing, selling, transferring, or exposing API credentials, refresh tokens, or seller data.
  • Using seller data for unrelated marketing, resale, profiling, or data brokerage.
  • Trying to bypass API limits, authorization boundaries, regional controls, or security controls.
  • Sending passwords, secret keys, buyer personal data, or unnecessary restricted data in quote or support requests.

6. Pricing and Fees

Package prices are shown on the homepage. Final fees may vary by account count, marketplace count, reporting frequency, data retention, support level, and custom integration work. Quote-based work is confirmed in writing before work begins. Taxes, payment timing, renewal, and cancellation terms are stated in the applicable order or quote.

7. Service Availability and Changes

Service availability may be affected by marketplace API availability, maintenance, network issues, authorization changes, account restrictions, security reviews, and policy changes. We may update, suspend, or limit features for security, legal, operational, or compliance reasons.

8. Data Protection

Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Customers are responsible for providing accurate account ownership information and managing their own internal permissions.

Amazon, Selling Partner API, and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Chuangke Xingtu SellerOps is operated independently by HONG KONG INNOVATION STARLIGHT LIMITED (香港創科星途有限公司). We do not claim endorsement, certification, or partnership unless confirmed in writing by the relevant rights holder.
