Product capabilities

One operating view across authorized seller accounts

SellerOps organizes the recurring work of reviewing store activity. Operators can move from account status to an actionable list without sharing Seller Central passwords across a team.

01

Order activity

Review non-PII order summaries, sales activity, marketplace totals, and operational exceptions by account.

02

Inventory monitoring

Compare available stock, recent sales, and days of supply to create a clear replenishment queue.

03

Listing review

Track active, inactive, and suppressed listings, then assign catalog and content issues for follow-up.

04

Pricing review

Compare current and reference prices, flag exceptions, and keep a record of operator decisions.

05

Finance reporting

Prepare settlement, fee, refund, reimbursement, and reconciliation exports for finance teams.

06

Portfolio workspace

Keep seller companies separated while applying consistent reporting formats and review routines.

How onboarding works

The seller remains in control

We confirm the service scope first. The seller then completes authorization through the official account consent flow and can revoke access from its own account settings.

Read the onboarding and revocation process
  1. 1
    Confirm scope

Choose marketplaces, accounts, reports, and users. Do not send passwords or API secrets.

  2. 2
    Authorize the account

An account owner or administrator reviews the requested access and approves the connection.

  3. 3
    Review the workspace

We verify the connection, assign account access, and begin the agreed reports.

Data coverage

Access is limited to the work the customer orders

The application requests only non-restricted role packages needed for seller operations. It does not require restricted buyer personal information.
